Let us turn to the East.
Spirit of the East, we walk with you in air.
Make our hearts light, that we may dance on clouds.
Loose our minds from mundane things
That we may fly free on the currents of imagination.
We welcome you. Blessed be.
Let us turn to the South.
Spirit of the South, we walk with you in fire.
Temper us with your heat, that we may grow strong.
Quicken our passion for life and for each other
That we may never know despair.
We welcome you. Blessed be.
Let us turn to the West.
Spirit of the West, we walk with you in water.
Rain down on us, that we may be made clean.
Well up from the source of our being
That we may know our potential is yet unplumbed.
We welcome you. Blessed be.
Let us turn to the North.
Spirit of the North, we walk with you in earth.
Give us rich and fertile soil, that we may put down roots.
Burst forth in the new buds of spring
That we may also be renewed.
We welcome you. Blessed be.
Let us turn to the Center.
Spirit at the Center, you have walked with us from the beginning.
You are the calm at the eye of life’s storms;
You are the still, small voice that inspires us.
Keep us centered on our journeys
That through us, your light may clearly shine.
